W100 Panel Mount Scale Display

Description

Load Cell Systems offers the LAUMAS W100 panel mount scale display for applications requiring a compact solution for a scale controller.  Standard with RS485/232 serial outputs you can connect up to 32 instruments (without line repeaters).  Analog output is optional for communicating to PLC.  Theoretical calibration or live calibration using test weights and the capability of weight linearization up to 5 points makes the W100 versatile.

Inputs & Outputs

• RS485/RS232 serial ports for communication via ModBus RTU protocol, ASCII bidirectional or continuous one way transmission.
• 5 relay outputs controlled by the setpoint values or via protocols (4 outputs if analog output is present).
• 3 optoisolated PNP digital inputs: status reading via serial communication protocols (2 inputs if analog output is present).
• 1 load cell dedicated input.
• Current or voltage 16 bit optoisolated analog output (option on request).

Fully compatible with the Intelligent load cell junction box – CLM8 converting your analog load cells to a digital load cell system.
