Load Cell Electronics -Indicator and Amplifier Selection

Basic applications may only require something as simple as a wall mounted load cell indicator for your load cell / scale.  More advanced systems may require a signal conditioner, amplifier, or transmitter used to send an analog or digital signal to a PLC or computer. Alternatively, full featured load cell controllers can perform standard tasks such as peak hold, or be as sophisticated as controlling a multi-ingredient batch weighing system.
There is a overlap in the load cell amplifier and indicator product line as many of the amplifiers have a display for the weight value and also digital inputs as well as relay outputs to control a process.
