TLU Crane Load Limiter for Load Cell Based Systems

Description

The TLU crane load limiting device is used for detecting slack and overload conditions for cranes and hoists with installed load cells to monitor the load.  The TLU is a single instrument that can be used for single hoist bridge cranes. The overload limiter’s relay outputs can be programmed to both overload and slack condition setpoints.  Relays can used to drive warning signals like audible alarms, warning lights, and stack lights.

The TLU has a serial output capable of communicating with a large digit scoreboard to display the weight on the crane hook.
Also available is the model TLUANA that includes an analog output to communicate the weight reading with a PLC.
