Custom Load Cells for Process Control Application

Miniature custom load cells to measure forces in a tensioning application for cutting head on a splicing machine.  The load cells are used to measure the forces to cut material.  The customer uses the data to know when it is time to have the cutting tool sent out for sharpening.  Using the TLB EthernetIP load cell transmitter they are able to send the data to the Allen Bradley PLC where the data is then sent to the operator’s HMI screen.
