Load Cell Systems offers load cell simulators and load cell testers for ease in setup, calibration, and troubleshooting scale systems.
A load cell simulator can be used to pre-calibrate, troubleshoot, or aid in the setup of relay outputs in a batch weighing application without having to put test weights on and off the scale.
A load cell tester tests the electrical configuration of a strain gage load cell, showing bridge resistance, insulation resistance, and amount of output from the load cell (useful to determine if a load cell has been overloaded).
